Shipping

Shipping locations vary with each artist. Artists generally have listed in their products description the location where item is available to ship to. 

Items generally ship within three business days.

When purchasing multiple products from the same artist shipping will be combined when applicable, and any overages will be refunded.

When ordering multiple products from different artists a shipping charge will be applied from each artist, as they are in different locations.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Arwen Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Custom Orders
Please contact the individual artist via email located on their specific artist page to inquire about custom orders.
Returns

We do not except returns or exchanges.

Each item is one of a kind, handcrafted, and packaged with love and care.

Please feel free to ask questions about a specific item from the artist and be sure you are purchasing what you are anticipating.

If there is an issue with your item upon delivery please notify your artist within 24 hours of delivery.

We are not responsible for damage during USPS delivery. That issue would be with USPS. If you are interested in having additional insurance please contact the artist prior to purchasing and that option can be arranged.
